How We Use the Program
We deliver this training program to the management team at the beginning of every cultural-change effort. We then use the knowledge developed in the program to help the management team fine-tune their cultural-change strategy, design the measurement tool, create the methodology to identify and remove inhibitors, and create the support structures team leaders will need to implement the change.
