How We Use This Program in Organizational Change Initiatives

We use the Leading Change program to develop the understanding that the management team needs to successfully implement organizational change. It is used in two ways.

First, it is integrated into the 2-Day Change Strategy Workshop to provide the leadership team with the understanding needed to design a robust change initiative, eliminate derailment factors, and align leadership from the start.

Second, selected modules are delivered at key moments throughout the transformation to support decision making, address emerging Inhibitors of Change, and maintain leadership discipline as complexity increases.

This program is part of our Pulscipline™ Change-Management System.
