Jacques is a passionate leader who has dedicated his professional life to developing leaders and helping organizations maximize performance by creating working environments that bring out the best in people. 

As a leader and student of leadership, Jacques quickly noticed the relationship between leadership effectiveness, the working environment, and performance. Good leaders would create working environments that achieved high performance, and bad leaders would create working environments that achieved poor performance. Yet more importantly, he noted that quality working environments not only stimulated high-performance, but they also created working environments in which employees were more engaged, motivated, and proud to work for the organization. As the quality of work life for team members went up, so did performance. 

Seeing the win-win relationship between the working environment and the performance of the organization, at the age of 26, Jacques set out on a mission to “make this a better world to work in”. To achieve this he would focus on two things; 1) developing leaders who could create quality working-environments, and 2) helping organizations create high-performance cultures that bring out the best in people.​

Phase 3 – diffuse these models and methodologies to leaders and organizations around the world

Phase 1

The first step was to create a simple and practical model of leadership that is intrinsically obvious, easy to teach and simple to apply. Over the next 15 years, Jacques fine-tuned his leadership model and development methodology with thousands of leaders in a wide variety of organizations. The resulting BlueLeader™ model is comprised of a network of essential leadership skills that can be combined in different ways to develop specific leadership competencies, improve the effectiveness of leaders in specific roles, and improve the leadership effectiveness of organizations. The BlueLeader™ model has proven its effectiveness in a wide variety of organizations from around the world. One of the most prestigious Universities licensed our basic program to be delivered as the only mandatory course for all MBA students.

Phase 2

The next step was to create a practical change management methodology for changing an organization’s culture. In 1999 Jacques began developing the Pulscipline™ Change System for implementing cultural change in large organizations. Over the next 17 years, he fine-tuned the Pulscipline™ Change System while leading 30+ cutting-edge companies through cultural change, coaching 200+ top leaders through the transformation of their company/function, and training thousands of leaders in change management. The Pulscipline™ Change System has been applied in companies from around the world and achieved a 100% success rate when applied as an integrated system.

Phase 3

Diffuse the BlueLeader™ Model and Pulscipline™ Change System


Having proven the effectiveness of the Pulscipline™ Change System and BlueLeader™ model, in 2016 Jacques entered into Phase 3 of his plan, to diffuse the BlueLeader™ model and Pulscipline™ Change System to leaders and organizations around the world.
